I’m Matthew Klinefelter, the proud owner and lead mason of Klinefelter Co Masonry Inc. If you ask anyone who knows me personally they’ll tell you how much I enjoy working, how passionate I am about my company, and how I need to stay active doing what I love like a well-oiled machine. I don’t like feeling stagnant or sitting still for too long, I strive to be the best that I can be for the sake of my family and customers. I can always be found on my feet out at the job site doing what I love, in addition to handling all of the daily operations such as taking incoming phone calls, picking up materials, scheduling estimates, meeting with customers, and quoting new builds. With over 12 years of personal experience in the trade, masonry work is like second nature to me. I’ve had the privilege of building many chimneys over the years while perfecting the art of bricklaying and finalizing custom masonry projects. This company is more than just a job to me, it’s all I want to do- it's working hard with your hands and putting your heart and soul into it to create something wonderful.
Matthew Klinefelter

My father taught me everything I know about masonry. But he didn’t just teach me the technical skills of the trade—he taught me to work hard, take pride in every detail, and the importance of treating every project like it was our own home.
We spent countless hours together talking through masonry challenges and bouncing ideas off one another. It wasn’t just about building chimneys—it was about harnessing a deep passion and seeing the beauty of that hard work and the craftsmanship come to life. Through those moments is where we truly connected, and that shaped not just the mason I became but the very person I am today. When my father passed away suddenly in 2022, I knew I had to continue the family legacy as a tribute to the bond we shared not only because it was his passion, but because it had become mine too.
Whether it’s a small residential repair or a large custom build, we treat each job with the same dedication and attention to detail. And now with children of my own, I aspire to carry on the same morals, values, and legacy just as my dad had taught me. When I'm not working I love spending quality time with my family, being active and having fun in the great outdoors, worshiping the Good Lord within our church community, and finding new ways to build the business.
Thank you for considering us for your masonry needs. I look forward to working with you and bringing your ideas to life.
